Purchase any item and we will ship it to you for free! We provide fast, free shipping and insurance to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

Items showcased on our website can be purchased in-store and delivered directly to your home.

Shipping Methods

All purchases are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express, depending on the best delivery time for the location, or on customer suggestion. Please note that the delivery time is 4-7 days from the date of dispatch.

Order status and tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on the Escorial Jewelry website.

We only ship your order once it has passed our thorough quality control. All other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in two to three weeks, depending on the production schedule of the item(s).

For your protection, Escorial Jewelry always:

• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Uses only FedEx services (or USPS when applicable) for all purchases, in order to deliver high-value packages in the fastest and safest manner.
• Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address, or to a FedEx location.
• Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
• Requires a signature for the package.
• Allows for an alternative shipping address.
• All parcels are insured, so you can rest assured that your order is protected in the event of loss or damage.

Customs Charges and Duties

Please note that as we ship from Poland, customers from the EU and the USA will not be subject to any additional customs charges or duties. For customers from other countries, we suggest contacting us for a free consultation regarding any potential customs charges or duties that may apply to your order.

We suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.

Additional Info About International Shipping

Escorial Jewelry does not collect international taxes and duties. We will, however, provide an accurate tax and duty estimate during the checkout process. These additional amounts will be collected by FedEx once your package arrives in your country.
