At Escorial Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every piece of fine jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. All items are carefully inspected before delivery, but if you ever feel something may be wrong with your piece, please contact us — we’ll be happy to examine it.

What the Warranty Covers

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your jewelry at no cost to you.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Loss of gemstones

  • Loss or theft of jewelry

  • Damage caused by failing to maintain the piece over time

Please note that repairs or services completed by anyone other than Escorial Jewelry will void this warranty.

Common Issues Not Considered Manufacturing Defects

  • Discoloration from chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing

  • Metal and prongs thinning or wearing down over time

  • Prongs bending, catching, or loosening from normal wear (which may cause gemstones to fall out)

  • Gemstones lost due to normal wear or accidental damage

All fine jewelry is delicate and can be affected by everyday use, activities, or accidental impact.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us through our website.

  2. A short description or photos of the issue can help us assist you quickly.

  3. After evaluating the piece, we will let you know the next steps.

Customers are responsible for secure shipping to Escorial Jewelry for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we will cover return shipping.

Jewelry Care and Maintenance

To help keep your piece beautiful for years to come:

  • Remove jewelry during physical activities, swimming, bathing, or when using household chemicals

  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratches

  • Have your jewelry professionally inspected once a year
