Returns and Exchanges
Welcome to our returns policy page. We understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your order, and we want to make the return process as easy and transparent as possible.
Customers may return items within 14 days of shipment for refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure that your item is returned to us safely and promptly.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged, in a new and unused condition with original packaging and documentation.
- Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by other jewelers will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns of customized or personalized orders. However, we may be able to offer you an exchange or a remake of the item, depending on the individual case.
- Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned item in the form of the original purchase method. Please note that you will get the refund of the sum you paid minus shipping charges (varied from your location)
- If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Packages shipped beyond the 14-day return period will be refused for refund.
- Packages that arrived damaged will be refused for refund.
- Items sent without a tracking number will be refused for refund.
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging, so we kindly ask that you return items in the same condition as you received them. If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
