Here's how the custom order process works:

1. Send us a photo or sketch of the jewelry you want us to make.(It could be anything from rings to earrings to pendants to bracelets).You can do this: fill out on the "Custom Order" field on product page or filling out this form.
2. We will calculate the cost based on the design and materials used. If you agree to the cost, we will proceed with the order.
3. Our designer will prepare a 3D model of the jewelry and send it to you for approval. You can make changes or approve the model at this stage.
4. Once you approve the design, we will start production. If necessary, we will select the appropriate stones for your jewelry.
5. Our expert jewelers will craft your jewelry with great care and attention to detail.
6. We will send you photos or videos of the finished product for your approval before shipping it to you.
