Escorial Jewelry is proud to offer a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects in every piece of fine jewelry we produce. It is assured that every product sold by Escorial Jewelry is free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. If, for any reason, you believe that your item has a manufacturing defect, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will evaluate your piece in detail.

Upon discovering a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. However, it should be noted that our manufacturing warranty does not cover any damages resulting from everyday wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft, or failure to obtain the necessary repairs to preserve the jewelry's integrity.

Please be aware that any repair or service performed by any jeweler other than Escorial Jewelry will void the warranty. It is worth noting that certain issues commonly encountered in jewelry that are NOT deemed as manufacturing defects include the discoloration of precious metals brought about by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing. Precious metals and prongs are known to wear out over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear and tear. Prongs may also catch, wear out, or bend over time due to everyday wear and tear, allowing gemstones to fall out. Similarly, the loss of a gemstone due to damage from everyday wear or other damage is not covered under the manufacturing warranty.
