1. How can I place an order?


To place an order, simply browse through our online catalogue and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.


2. What is your size chart?


We work with all size charts, so you just need to mention the size(s) and country. For example 5 USA or 65 Germany


3. Do you offer international shipping?


Yes, we offer free international shipping to most countries. All purchases are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express, depending on the best delivery time for the location, or on customer suggestion.


4. Do I need to pay any additional customs charges?


 Customers from the EU and the USA will not be subject to any additional customs charges or duties. For customers from other countries, we suggest contacting us for a free consultation regarding any potential customs charges or duties that may apply to your order.


5. How long does it take to receive my order?


We need 2-3 weeks for production and 4-7 days for delivery. Standard timing for each item calculated on site.


6. Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?


Yes, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects in every piece of jewelry we produce.


7. What is your return policy?


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The jewelry must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom-made or engraved items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


8. Will I be refunded the full amount?


If the returned item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
